How do I get a copy of my loan agreement?

You can access your loan documents online at any time by logging into your account at members.loanatlast.com.

How do I repay my loan?

The quickest and easiest method to make your payments is through ACH, an automated electronic transfer from your bank account. We do accept other payment methods such as debit cards, cashier’s checks, or money orders.

Your loan agreement includes a payment schedule detailing amounts and due dates. You are strongly encouraged to pay off your loan as quickly as possible. Loan at Last does not charge any early pay-off penalties or fees, and it will reduce the overall cost of your loan. If you wish to pay your loan off early, please call us at least two business days prior to your next scheduled payment.

What if I need to change my payment date?

If you need to change your payment date, please get in touch with us no later than three (3) days before your next scheduled payment date.

What if I need to cancel my loan?

You may cancel your payment obligations under the Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 5:00 p.m. Central Time of the second business day immediately following the Disbursement Date (“Cancellation Deadline”). Your Disbursement Date is the date the funds were transferred to your financial institution. This may not be the same date your bank makes those funds available to you, so please call us at (844) 676-8550 as soon as possible if you want to cancel your loan. If you miss the cancelation deadline, you can still pay off your loan early without penalties and pay only the interest you’ve accrued up to your pay-off date.

How can I save money on my loan?

The best way to minimize the cost of your loan and save is to pay your loan off in full early. If you are unable to do this, you can still save money by making extra payments towards the principal of your loan or making more than the minimum payment on your scheduled due date. Loan at Last does not charge any early pre-payment penalties. To make extra payments, call us at (844) 676-8550 for assistance.

What do I do if I have not yet received my funds?

Funds are typically deposited as soon as the next business day after your loan agreement date. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. The exact deposit time depends on your bank’s processing schedule and policies.

Please refer to your loan document for your loan agreement date. For a copy of your loan agreement, please log in to your account at members.loanatlast.com.

If you have not received your funds as soon as the next business day, we recommend checking page six of your loan agreement to verify that your routing number and account number are correct. If the banking information on your loan agreement is incorrect, please call our Customer Care Team at (844) 676-8550 for assistance.
