How Tribal Loans Work
Tribal loans are a great alternative to payday loans because they are a short term installment loan that allows you to pay a portion due each month instead of all of it on your next payday.
Loan at Last, as a tribal lender, has immunity to state governments’ loan regulations which provides an opportunity for people that may have bad credit or perhaps no collateral to obtain a small loan quickly.
So are they safe? YES! Tribal loans still need to follow federal lending and finance laws.
Tribal lending still has its requirements… You must be 18 years old, a US Citizen and have an open checking account that currently is accepting direct deposit income.
There are some states where our tribal loans are not available at this time. Please check our availability and rates page to find out if you are in a state that we can serve.
When you initially apply for an installment tribal loan from Loan at Last, we offer loan amounts up to $2,500. However, repeat customers may be able to loan out more when needed based on your history with us.
As a member of the Online Lender’s Alliance, Loan at Last works to ensure all customers are fully informed and fairly treated.
